Permit Project Coordinator
This position is an entry level project coordinator position in the permit department. The project coordinator will be assigned projects, programs or tasks as appropriate. Typical tasks will range in volume and complexity. The position will report directly to the permit supervisor.

- Create and communicate permit status updates for affected groups on a weekly basis.
- Document and adjust any permit application SOPs as personnel or processes change at the city/county/CDOT/etc.
- Lead weekly CFT calls with each department requesting permits to provide status update and confirm scheduling.
- Tracking time various city and county departments take to process permits.
- Develop, maintain and update program documentation and SOPs.
- Maintain customer contact to obtain project specific information.
- Maintain project specific documentation and requirements as stated within project contract documents.
- Basic understanding of Natural Gas Industry standards and practices
- Review job packets from utilities, contractors, and other stakeholders and grab required permit information.
- Communicate regularly with field, city/county offices, and all other permit stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and communicate ideas regarding permit application process.
- All duties as assigned.

What is Required?
- 1+ year experience in applying for permits
- Experience with permit applications in the state of CO preferred
- Experience reviewing job packets with various job drawing styles required
- Natural gas industry experience is preferred
- Adaptability and Multitasking Capability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (specifically, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and still deliver on related tasks
This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
