Job role: PMO with Agile Tools
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid work model)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Role Responsibilities
- Develop project management tools in Smartsheet to track, report and automate project management processes
o Build Smartsheet solutions for internal stakeholders
o Enhance existing Smartsheet dashboards and reports
- Coordinate PMO activities, plans, resources, reports, and information, including:
o Support senior executives and liaise with them to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives of projects.
o Prepare presentations and reports for business leaders (i.e., monthly financials, project status, executive reports).
o Track and report on project risks and opportunities.
o Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including business leaders and internal team members.
o Facilitate and schedule meetings.
o Use existing tools to support and report on project status and resources: Smartsheet, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Experience
- Required: Proficiency in SmartSheet, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint required. Preferred: Proficiency in PowerBI.
- Previous experience in a PMO Coordination role (preferred)
- Experience working in on a global team within Financial Services, Banking, or Technology Sector (preferred)
- Collaborator and team player with track record of taking initiative to solve problems
- Ability to be innovative and flexible while working in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Ability to synthesize details in a meaningful way and create summaries for executive and cross functional Smartsheet reporting
- Must be organized, have keen attention to detail and able to deliver messages clearly in verbal and written formats across all seniority levels.
- 2-5 Years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Business Analyst
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
