Works to assess project efforts, establish best practices, and identify programs to remove barriers that affect SCHD workforce participation; Establishes collaboration practices.

Acts as liaison between the University and the Health Department to develop coaching strategies and implement dialogues that address specific concerns and issues as related to program goals.

Works closely with communications team to develop program branding including print materials, marketing strategies and social media presence for external stakeholders.

Works closely with project economist and programmer to prepare periodic reports for evaluating/measuring diversity improvement and cross-cultural resources; Directs the development of survey instruments to measure successes of initiatives.

Communicates the schools culture goals through internal communications, staff meetings, and one-on-ones; Plans and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees.

Reviews hiring practices, employee handbooks, orientation programming and conflict resolution policies.
