Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects related to Health and Human Services/ Administration for Community Living. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing and coordinating the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of each project to ensure successful delivery. You will also lead and guide the work of technical staff, and may serve as the primary point of contact for the client or customer.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to Health and Human Services/ Administration for Community Living, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Analyze and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate project resources, including staffing, procurement, and equipment, to ensure that project goals are achieved.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff, including project teams and contractors, to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing updates on project status, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring that all project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure that all project work is completed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master degree/(Ph.D.) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience managing projects related to Health and Human Services/ Administration for Community Living is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical staff, clients, and customers.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
