- We are looking for an experienced (3+ years) general contracting site superintendent to oversee commercial projects of all sizes and magnitudes.
- Must have a thorough understanding of blueprints/drawings and specifications
- Must have general computer and technology skills for field reporting
- Must have high level of craftmanship standards
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and other contractors
- Detail oriented, proactive, hardworking, dedicated, passionate, team player attitude and willingness to learn.'
