Project Manager

Mr. and Mrs. Restore/Team Restore Sarasota is seeking a Full-Time Project Manager. This individual shall be responsible for day-to-day management of restoration projects in Sarasota and the surrounding area. The regular duties of this position shall include meeting with homeowners, estimating projects, communicating with insurance carriers, scheduling with the field supervisors, and managing technical aspects of restoration projects from start to completion.

We have officially opened our 3rd office location and are seeking talented professionals to join our team in the Sarasota area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Project Budgets
• Schedule Projects According to Client Availability.
• Use of Project Management Software to Document Assigned Projects
• Manage 15-20 Monthly Projects Simultaneously
• Communicate With Insurance Carriers
• Meet Homeowners, Secure Project Work Authorization, And Present Schedule
• Identify and present solutions when additional resources are needed.
• Manage Field Supervisor Technician Team Towards Timely Completion of Projects
• Communicate With Management and Administrative Office Daily
• Multitask and have excellent time management skills
• Mentor junior employees and lead a team
• Able to network with contractors and build relationships
• Must maintain a very high standard for detail in all aspects of job performance .
• A strong aptitude to learn proper communication skills is key in our field. These skills are always evolving
• Must Have a Valid Drivers License

Education, Experience & Required Skills

• Proficient with source removal, decontamination, mitigation, containment, ventilation, contents, and deodorization techniques
• 3+ Years’ Experience in The Disaster Restoration or Repair Industry, Certifications IICRC
• Management 3+ Years Experience
• Ability to Analyze Financial Records, Plan & Follow a Budget
• Show Creative Problem Solving
• Familiarity with current insurance industry technology and trade tools
• Must be Proficient Using Xactimate
• Ability To Update Notes and Photos in Real-Time
• Ability To Sell Projects to Customers and Focus on customer Care
