Job Brief:

We are looking for motivated, energetic Project Managers to join our team in Nashville, TN! This is an Independent Contractor position which gives you the freedom to create your own schedule! Previous experience in Sales/Project Management is not required!

What you’ll do:

• Our Project Managers are the foundation of our operation, the first face our customers see! Typically, your work will include:
• Using your charm and know-how (provided by our in-depth, $500/week paid training!) to enter into agreements with customers for roof repairs
• Showing off your tech skills by uploading documents, contracts, photos and payments to our software using your company tablet
• Breaking out your calculator to accurately estimate costs of builds and ensuring that enough funds and materials are available for builds
• Putting on your hard-hat and managing the build process on site!

Who you are:

• A self-starter and independent worker
• An excellent communicator
• Comfortable in construction environments
• Secure in your ability to thrive under a commission-only based structure

What you’ll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• A positive attitude

What you’ll receive:

• During training, $500 per week + $100 bonus per signed contract in the first 5 weeks + 10% of profitability per job completed!
• Top 9 Project Managers will retain a Toyota Tacoma work vehicle!
• Sales competitions!

• Income ranging between $80,000-$250,000!
