JOB TITLE: Property Manager – Vacation Rentals

Job Summary: Southern Coast Vacation Rentals is looking for a Full-time Experienced Vacation Rental Property

Manager to help provide our owners and guests with an outstanding experience. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of rental activities and coordinating the onboarding process of new properties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee reservations and guest communication within reservation software and associated booking channels.
• Monitor reservation activity and serve as escalation point for issue resolution.
• Lead the onboarding of newly acquired properties to include system setup and physical readiness.
• Perform regular inspections of assigned properties.
• Evaluate system generated reports to assist with month end reconciliation.
• Manage vendors and service orders for necessary repairs to ensure units are in excellent condition for owners and guests.
• Maintain company vehicle according to company policies.
• Purchase and transport wristbands, parking passes, linens and other necessary items as needed.
• Five-day work week spanning at least one weekend day during peak season.

Experience/Skills Needed:

Vacation Rental Property Management Experience– Minimum 2 Years Required

Strong computer and Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills, Escapia software experience preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational/sequencing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Occasional time spent in outdoor elements while accessing units, ability to climb stairs and carry up to 30 pounds.

Main office is located at 17351 Front Beach Rd however will require frequent use of company van to travel to various properties. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
