Position: Quality Inspectors for a Medical Supply Company

Location: Lodi, CA

• 3rd Shift + $1/hr Shift Differential(when working swing and maintaining good attendance)

POSITION SUMMARY: Inspect specified quantities of injection-molded parts, such as micro-tubes, tips, and PCR plates according to established guidelines and communicate results to production operators.

Job Duties:

• In charge of checking on each machine multiple times throughout the shift.
• Each inspector must pass or fail any parts that are not 100% in good quality.
• Inspectors must document and keep track of all samples that are collected and they must enter it into the computer system throughout their work day. Inspectors must have experience.
• Perform routine inspections of injection-molding machines and related processes
• Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
• Frequently collecting and evaluating samples for inspection and testing
• Accurately apply QA standards to the products being manufactured.
• Able to work closely with Production personnel to communicate any defects found
• Able to work overtime when needed
• Ability to stay on task and focused on work
• Leading by example by wearing proper PPE when working with product
• Pay close attention to detail and follow up on defective product/ machines when defects are found
• Ability to label product correctly

Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 recent years - hands on; current experience in a QA/Manufacturing Facility.
• Dependability and having responsibility on the production floor is crucial. Fast paced environment will be walking around for 7.75 hours.
