The Quality Technician is essential to ensure excellent and efficient production of our delicious yogurt! In this role, you’ll be working on a very busy lab, have presence on the production floor and your primary function will be to ensure product quality meets Company standards.

You will:

• Perform physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and manufactured products.
• Verify compliance and alerts QA Supervisor and/or Manager of any deviations from approved product specifications.
• Performs in plant weight checks, temperature checks, ingredient usage and distribution, finished product appearance, code date verification, pH testing and x-ray verification.
• Quickly and effectively troubleshoot issues when they occur.

This is a fast-paced, active job including things like:

• Standing/walking/moving/climbing/stooping/kneeling/talking/hearing
• Ability to lift regularly 10lbs and sometimes up to 50lbs.
