Receptionist – Boyd (Woburn)

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform some administrative tasks.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, data entry for labor tickets, scanning, preparation of outgoing mail and directing phone calls.

We require the following:
Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
Organization skills
Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with customers
Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
Microsoft Office skills
Other projects as necessary
