The job responsibilities for this resource will include;
Going out to the local colleges and recruiting for part-time labor which will include the following shifts.
Will conduct meet and greets with students interested in part time labor.
Friday ? Nights 6pm start (1 location / Vance)
Saturday ? Days 6am start (2 locations / McCalla & Vance)
Sunday ? Nights 6pm start (1 location / Vance)
Monday ? Days/Nights (6am and 6pm start in both McCalla & Vance)

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST ? CONTRACT
As a member of the Lear Tuscaloosa Campus Recruiting team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day to day recruiting activities across our campus here in the West & Central Alabama region. You?ll collaborate with the Director of Human Resources across all our locations to help to help drive the recruiting process efficiently while attracting, sourcing and closing the best talent for Lear on a part time basis.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
? Review job descriptions and ensure consistency in job postings across Lear?s internal and external job boards
? Meet with local colleges and high schools to share Lear and introduce them to the many opportunities we have to offer
? Screen resumes submitted for current job openings and moving candidates to appropriate phases within Lear?s Onboarding process
? Phone screen candidates and assess fit for the role in which they are being considered using predetermined questions and qualification requirements
? Assist with scheduling interviews (phone, onsite, Skype/Zoom, offsite) between external candidates and internal stakeholders
? Collaborate with Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition and Compensation leadership to formalize offer terms for selected candidates; deliver and negotiating final approved offer directly with candidates
Your Qualifications:
? College Students working toward higher education or Bachelor?s degree in a related field
? High School graduates (Must have minimal of GED)
? Strong customer-focus attitude and eager to deliver a satisfied customer experience (internal and external)
? Attention to detail
? Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
? Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
