Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team! If you are a detail-oriented multi-tasker who loves working in applicant tracking system and supporting recruiting teams - this is role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with Breezy ATS team to resolve any matters impeding recruitment efforts and answering general breezy technical question/emails as needed.
• Inputting updates into breezy as approved and directed
• Compiling and creating all Recruitment-related Reports
• Participating in and assisting with preparations for open interview days, job fairs and college career days
• Posting new approved jobs to Breezy, CareerLink, College/Handshake and other career-sites as needed
• Supporting Recruitment Specialists in the completion of reference checks and candidate follow-up
• Participating in and assisting with Seasonal Recruiting
• Tracking Employee Referral Incentive eligibility and payouts
• Budget tracking/reconciliation of Indeed Sponsored billing
• Other related duties to support the best candidate experience

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proficient at using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Software (preferably Breezy)
• Need to be extremely organized and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to juggle numerous scheduling tasks at once
• Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
• Effective communication skills and familiar with various social networks
• Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements
