Job Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide a full cycle, full service recruiting experience to our candidates and their internal partners. The Recruiting Coordinator will work with hiring managers to not only understand the roles to be filled, but how they fit with Titanium’s ecosystem. This role will work autonomously on positions of all levels in the Enhanced Care Management team while assisting occasionally with General & Administration roles. The Recruiting Coordinator will guide the hiring manager through the intricacies of hiring the best talent for the business by helping to identify the most suitable interview process and negotiating and closing with the identified candidate.
Essential Functions:
- Be the primary recruiting client contact for all open company positions to develop, facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies to drive and facilitate the full interview process, which includes timeliness of the search, interview coaching, advisory and training to interview team
- Project manage each search making sure that all parties are in sync throughout the recruiting workflow, this includes managing third parties and sourcing support, and internal resources such as scheduling
- Source candidates independently and leverage your network of industry contacts to build a pipeline of candidates
- Be agile in your approach, and relentless in your search for high caliber talent
- Intake and maintain weekly recruiting data to drive recruiting decisions and initiatives
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Data, Operations, and Senior Leadership to provide data points and dashboards for recruiting initiatives
- Build relationships both internally and externally with hiring managers, senior leadership, vendors and platforms to ensure the employer brand experience is consistent and kept to a high standard
- Work closely with the People Operations department to spearhead employee onboarding
- Participate in any other People Operations endeavors to support the department and company as needed
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a growth stage in-house role or at an agency
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is required, experience with BambooHR ATS is a plus
- Healthcare industry (preferred)
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey and exchange information in a clear, effective manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for building effective, diverse, and high performing teams
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Competent with computers, email, virtual platforms, Excel and other Microsoft Office based programs.
- Ability to identify problems and use logic and related information to develop and implement solutions.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of established policies and procedures.
- Ability to identify problem areas, propose solutions and execute initiatives.
Physical Requirements: Physical demands associated with office work, including but not limited to:
- Consistently operating a computer and other office equipment such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and printer.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
- Must be able to move around the office or clinic 25% of the time.
- Frequently moving or carrying office equipment weighing up to 15 pounds across offices.
- Ability to operate a vehicle and/or travel to meetings and different office locations as required or requested.

Salary
$60,000-$80,000
