Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospective, new, and existing clinicians
  • Work with division recruiter to interview prospective clinical therapy and psychologist candidates and coordinates in-office visits
  • Assists DCD, ED, and each Clinical Site Manager or Director with onboarding & welcoming new clinicians to the team
  • Provides education in conjunction with the regional and divisional leadership for all office clinicians & administration
  • Holds lead clinician team meetings as needed (at least quarterly) for their respective region.
Drive Key Performance Indicators of the Region
  • In partnership with ED and Operations lead, own and be accountable to delivering top results in clinical outcomes, financial results, and overall engagement and satisfaction of entire team
  • Provide coaching and performance-management conversations as necessary
Liaison to Regional and Divisional Leadership
  • Works with DCD to ensure smooth rollout of new initiatives
  • Assist with office CQI and Patient Satisfaction concerns, and escalate to regional and divisional leadership as necessary
  • Provide feedback on developing more efficient models of service delivery and patient access
Support development and execution of clinical strategy:
  • Act as the primary liaison and point-of-contact for key external partners (e.g. primary care group, payors, hospitals)
  • Works with local marketing and intake teams to communicate referral data, volume and/or referral source satisfaction concerns.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant clinical work and leadership experience
  • Ability to lead, supervise and collaborate
  • Strong organizational and follow through skills and attention to detail
  • Extremely strong clinical skills and knowledge of licensure requirements, rules and regulations, standards of care, and risk management strategies
  • Experience using clinical computer systems required. Must be detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture.
