Supervisor – Home Health Aides

As Supervisor – Home Health Aides, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Ensures that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of all service line teams.
• Oversees the direct evaluation of patient care competency of the Home Health Aide personnel.
• Completes performance evaluations, competency, and in person field supervision at required timepoints.
• Reviews payroll weekly.
• Ensures compliance with documentation synchronization.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition on recruitment efforts.
• Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
• Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.
• Performs other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required?

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• 3+ years previous experience in Home Care is required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Knowledge of State and Medicare requirements for HHA’s and maintaining compliance
• Must have dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with laws of the state.
• Ability to travel 50% throughout assigned area.
