About the Opportunity:

Our client has entrusted us to find a committed, passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing care to clients in Boston in accordance with their care plans. This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of a renewal or a direct hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Skills

• IV Basic Management
• Medicare OASIS Knowledge

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• At least 2 years experience in home health or similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently
