Reservoir Health Psychiatry is seeking a Spanish/English-speaking intake coordinator. Applicants must complete both the Medical Receptionist and Attention to Detail assessments via Indeed in order to apply.

Location: 100% remote New Jersey

Compensation: $20/hour

Reservoir Health is a full-service consultation psychiatry and mental health practice. We serve primary care and specialty practices by providing psychiatric consultations for patients who may require psychiatric/mental health evaluations, assessments, and medication management during the course of care.

The intake coordinator will handle appointment scheduling and manage patient data. They will be responsible for:

• Receiving appointment inquiries and make calls as needed
• Fielding requests from patients including medications to pharmacies, prior authorizations and transmission of health records
• Assisting patients with telehealth/technological issues
• Maintaining patient information integrity in the EHR

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Google Docs
• Detail oriented, punctual and efficient as well as empathetic and personable
• Fluency in Spanish

Reservoir Health provides independent psychiatric examinations for healthcare providers and their patients. We serve healthcare providers whose primary focus is medicine, but who sometimes need access to specialized behavioral health services, allowing these providers to offer the services their patients need while remaining focused on medicine.

Our care managers work on-site and virtually to evaluate the behavioral needs of the patient, providing concierge case management which proactively detects mental health problems through psychological diagnosis.

By delivering virtual and in-person psychiatric evaluations and case management services, we ensure that proper care is administered and coordinated across the entire continuum of behavioral, medical, and social care. In this way, Reservoir can help to identify undiagnosed high-risk patients, and assures that underlying issues are professionally addressed before they require costly acute care treatment.
