Our client, a global corporation is seeking a Paralegal level resource to support and respond to Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) for 3-6 months, starting in January 2023.

Our client, a global corporation is seeking a Paralegal level resource to support and respond to Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) for 3-6 months, starting in January 2023.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting the full life cycle of Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) ensure all assigned DSARs are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Review and respond to all Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) inquiries.
- Ensure appropriate redactions/exemptions are applied as outlined in the Data Protection Act.
- Manage client expectations.
- Manage and maintain a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) log.
- Produce reports and information summaries on completed Data Subject Access Request (DSARs).
- Keep up to date with changes in data protection laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, while working remotely.
- At least (1) year of experience as a Paralegal.
- At least (1) year of experience processing Data Subject Access Request (DSAR's).
