We are currently seeking a full time Residential Support Specialist to join our Overnight Team with the primary responsibility of providing support for those just beginning their journey of wellness and recovery.

We are located just outside of Richmond, in Hanover, VA. We are a private, licensed Residential Treatment Center that specializes in the treatment of addictions and impulse control disorders.

Specific Job Duties Include:
-Provide support/encouragement for patients during their stay
-Documents client progress/regress according to established policies and procedures
-Perform household responsibilities as needed
-Attend 12-Step/Smart Recovery Meetings as scheduled
-Supervise/Attend outings and activities as scheduled
-Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
-Must have valid drivers license and copy of driving record
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Must be able to pass pre-employment substance screening (Random screenings during continued employment as requested by employer)
-Monthly schedule to include every other weekend
-Typically 16 shifts per month with a rotating schedule (Overnight and weekends included)
