RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER - FULL TIME

Due to the company's growht, interviews are scheduled for this week for an experienced GENERAL MANAGER who can lead a team of happy, friendly foodies.

Our General Managers have the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality supervisory management experience, kitchen operations management
• Strong coach -- gives effective feedback, grows the team every day
• Organized – deadline-oriented and focused on driving results
• Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else
• Cares about people -- builds relationships with guests and team members
• Humble -- eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
• Experience with managing a large team
• Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
