The DoubleTree by Hilton Princeton restaurant, The Ridgeway Bar and Grill is looking for an outgoing, customer service individual with a professional attitude and demeanor. Someone who has a genuine desire to give our guests the best service. This individual must be dependable, hard working, efficient and have a great way with people.
Must have open availability for weekends and nights.
The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the restaurant staff in a professional manner.
- Handle guest issues.
- Keep restaurant areas clean and stocked.
- Answer and process Room Service line if necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Assist other positions in the restaurant as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Ability to supervise employees.
- Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast paced environment.
- Ability work well under pressure with all staff and guests.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Prior restaurant experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Able to hand money accurately and operate a point of sale system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
