Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire is seeking customer service associates for festival season!
Non- Costumed Position
Do you enjoy interacting with people? History and folklore? Helping people with making decisions that are in their best interest? Consider becoming a retail assistant at Mount Hope Estate and Winery!
Duties:
- Aid patrons in locating merchandise with knowledge of prices and display arrangements. Provide friendly and quality customer service
- Handling all cash register duties including opening and closing procedures and operating a credit card machine. POS is Square.
- Answer questions and offer suggestions to patrons
- Keep work area clean and orderly by restocking and maintaining inventory, sweeping booth and path in front, cleaning countertops, etc.
- Handling minor customer complaints with understanding
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age for Retail Assistant
- Must possess the ability to be customer-service oriented, friendly, and motivated to provide necessary information and assistance to our valued patrons.
- Have steady transportation.
- Friendly and able to work well with others.
Working Conditions:
- Requires working mostly indoors.
- Requires standing for long periods of time, lifting 20lbs or more, bending and walking.
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
