We are professional, agile and our goal as a year-round Christmas shop is to help you celebrate the moments – big and small – and the traditions – new and timeless. Since 1986, Carl Evans has owned Kris Kringl – a place “Where it's Christmas all year long” in the heart of the Bavarian Village. We're looking for an enthusiastic professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to help build a strong team environment. Retail Sales Associates are responsible for greeting customers as they enter the store, consulting with them about merchandise, restocking shelves and monitoring inventory. A successful candidate will be able to multitask between different projects, meet deadlines and handle multiple interruptions in a single day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with products and services they want by working with the store's management team and learning more about the store's inventory.
• Respond to customer needs and questions as they arise.
• Ask customers if they would prefer to be called back at another time if they are unable to be helped immediately.
• Keep an eye on the flow of customers so that no one is left waiting too long.
• Find creative ways to help customers find what they want.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
