We are currently seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Manager for immediate hire at our growing Pain Management practice! The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of medical billing procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. As a manager, you would play a vital role in the company’s growth and future.

Job Description:

• Meets regularly with billing and collections team and provides regular feedback to leadership
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of regulations applicable to billing and collections
• Ability to multi-task effectively – including the ability to perform billing and collections for a specific center while supervising the entire billing and collections staff
• Experience processing claims, working A/R, credentialing, contracting and patient payments
• Ability to help take patient phone calls and answer questions in person when needed
• Provides leadership and guidance to staff in goal setting, metrics, problem solving, resource management, and outcome achievement
• Demonstrates the ability to cope with and manage change, as well as help others do the same
• Must demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and analytic skills
• Must have excellent communication and organization skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to identify problems, recommend solutions, and organize and analyze information
• Must possess the ability to learn new business office software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, Medical Records Software
• Periodic travel to other facilities required

Qualifications:

• Medical Billing: 5+ Years (Preferred)
• Supervisory: 2+ Years (Preferred)
• Certified (Required)
• Expierence with AdvancedMD a plus
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field a plus

Salary: Depending on experience
