Key qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in troubleshooting and repair of heavy construction equipment required, CAT strongly preferred
• Must be computer proficient to be able to run diagnostic software and prepare service communications

• Represent H.O. Penn in a positive, professional manner
• Communicate customers’ options to correct current problems
• Advise customer of cost of repair and collect payment as required

Successfully contribute toward building a culture of safety through completion of all safety initiatives and demonstrating safe work

• Complete/attend all safety meetings, computer-based safety training, safety audits, and other safety training as assigned
• Work in a proactive, safe manner in compliance with all safety practices, policies, and training
• Immediately resolve and/or report all safety issues to supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all Contamination Control Initiatives
