Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, providing product information, and assisting with purchases.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and driving sales through product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and completing daily cleaning tasks.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
