Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR will be responsible for generating new sales leads, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Call all inbound leads
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their level of interest in our services
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads
• Follow up with leads to ensure their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company
• Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation and sales

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
