Job Description:
Gigs is a marketplace that connects job seekers to the best local jobs in their neighborhood. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for getting employers to post their jobs on the platform and generate revenue for Gigs. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, creating leads, and nurturing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through email, phone, and social media channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct research on potential clients and identify their needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve the user experience on the platform.
- Use sales tools such as Hubspot to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Hubspot or other CRM tools.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, is a plus.
