Sales Manager - Enterprise Accounts Job at Total Quality Logistics (TQL)
About the role:
As a Sales Manager for TQL, you will be leading a small-to-mid sized team of our most successful and established sales executives. You will be responsible for helping drive revenue through account penetration with our largest customers. Historically we promote managers internally, but our rapid growth and expansion has created an opportunity for a highly driven sales leader to join the TQL team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Driving revenue through account penetration
- Assisting sales executives with account strategies and management
- Traveling to meet with high-level customer contacts
- Presenting to internal and external audiences to help grow large accounts
- Monitoring sales reports, acting as needed, and communicating trends and market conditions to senior leadership
- Working with the Marketing department to help maintain and continuously enhance customer sales presentations and collateral
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers
- Transportation or business services industry experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and motivate others
- Ability to be on call 24/7/365
- Capable of providing strong professional references – customer, superior, peer and direct-report
