Staffed with educated and licensed insurance professionals, CVIG LLC provides the most comprehensive and affordable Medicare Advantage (Part C) enrollment plans for all eligible beneficiaries. Based out of Trevose, Pennsylvania, our team provides support in nearly all 50 states. Our mission is to assist in securing life enhancing benefits for senior citizens and other eligible Medicare beneficiaries.
As a Fronter you will be responsible for qualifying warm leads. In this role, you'll contribute to the early stages of the sales process, including reaching out to and qualifying potential prospects via phone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct sales-related conversations with leads (customers) in an office environment
- Place high volume of outbound calls (50-100+/day)
- Gather/verify contact and other information from potential customers, enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM
- Ensure proper documentation of all prospects and transfer calls to our Licensed Agents
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma
- US work authorization (Required)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and confident phone presence
- Ability to persuade prospective buyers and use a competitive attitude and winning spirit.
- Proficient with computers
- Self-motivated, passionate about providing superior customer service with prospective customers
- Ability to work in a goal-driven and measured performance environment
- Must be available to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple electronic systems, and learn new processes and products
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and good judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Outstanding attention to detail and follows through
- Maintain a positive work culture and be a team player who elevates those around them
