Position Summary:

Looking for highly motivated and positive individuals with great Equipment, Organizational and Computer skills. A successful Equipment Sales Manager in our company is a GREAT COMMUNICATOR and is a GREAT PROBLEM SOLVER - YOU WILL BE BUYING AND SELLING YARD TRUCKS!

WE SOLVE EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS - WE USE A PROBLEM-SOLVING SALES APPROACH!

We need you to help our customers solve equipment problems.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Business To Business Customers.
• Handle all BUY-SELL inquiries in your equipment area.
• You have a Protected territory.
• You will conduct Regular Telemarketing Campaigns of 20+ calls daily to identify BUY-SELL opportunities.
• You will do physical inspections of OUR INVENTORY To develop expertise.
• You will research and learn the relevancy of all equipment specifications.
• Be consistently aware of your available inventory and specifications.
• Match Equipment to Customers
• Be able to structure good WIN_WIN deals.
• Follow up all active deal opportunities.
• Record all activity in our customer Database (CRM System).
• You will conduct E-Mail Marketing Campaigns.
• You will coordinate activities with your marketing team.
• You will coordinate with operations department to facilitate sales deal fulfillment.
• You will establish new relationships & service existing customers.

Qualifications:

• THIS IS A CAREER - MUST WANT TO GROW AND MAKE MONEY
• High energy -Self Motivated
• Must be wiling to invest 45-50 hours weekly to become a 6 figure earner.
• Must love taking care of customers and solving problems.
• Must be able to communicate with Executive Level Corporate buyers and sellers
• Must love working the phones.
• Must love equipment.
• Must be a professional with a great work ethic.
• Must have Strong Computer skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize a basic CRM system - Understand the value of a great database.
• Detail oriented - Results driven - Self-motivated - Driven by Goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to be a positive contributing member to our Company & Culture.
• 1-2 years of Sales-Marketing experience preferred but we will train the right candidates.
• Equipment Dealership or transportation experience is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary $50k - Year (paid weekly)
• Bonus Plan - Goal is 6 Figure Income by 2nd year.
• To be 6 figure income requires 45-50 hour weekly investment.
• Hours - 8-5 Monday thru Friday + After hours Customer activity when needed.
