Our Greenville Oral Surgery Partners practice is looking for a motivated individual to join our front desk team!
This is a full-time (hourly, non-exempt) position.
Hours: Monday- Thursday 7:30-4:30, Friday 7:30-1pm
Location: 3929 S. HWY 14, Greenville, SC 29615

You are an individual who has developed strong organizational skills and attention to detail and you have learned how to multi-task without losing your cool
With your well-groomed appearance and positive attitude, you work well in a close team environment.
Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with that with your superior customer service skills, make you an asset to any team.
What you will do:
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Scheduling consultation and surgery appointments
- Ensuring accuracy of patient information
- Answering patient questions
- Monitoring surgeon’s schedules for current and future appointments
- Opening/closing provider’s schedules
- Working with providers and staff members to implement schedule changes
- Following up with patients regarding scheduling appointments
- Filing incoming patient information from referring providers
- Other duties as assigned
