Trinity Executive Services, Inc. has provided security services to businesses throughout Central Indiana for twenty-four years. We are a veteran owned and operated company and give preference to our military veterans.

Trinity Executive Services, Inc. has immediate FULL-TIME and PART-TIME job openings available for Unarmed Security Enforcement Officers in the Indianapolis metro area. Officers employed by Trinity Executive Services, Inc. typically patrol a given area, either on foot or in a vehicle, to deter criminal and disruptive activity, check IDs, watch CCTV monitors, etc. Company prefers candidates with open availability and who are able to work nights and some weekends. Overtime and special details with a higher pay rate may oftentimes be available.

A high school diploma or GED IS NOT REQUIRED for employment. Security experience is not required but preferred. Classroom and on-the-job training is provided.

Officers employed by Trinity Executive Services receive paid training, uniforms, weekly paychecks with direct deposit, overtime, holiday pay, bonuses / incentives, paid time off, promotions and awards.

Available Shifts:

WESTSIDE, NORTHWEST SIDE, DOWNTOWN INDY

• Full time mid shift 1p-9p (some weekends)
• Saturday & Sunday 5a-1p & 1p-9p
• Overnights 11p-7a, Weekends 7p-7a
• Sunday through Thursday 10:00pm to 4:00am
• Part time 5p-12a
• Friday & Saturday overnight shifts

Job Requirements may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties and tasks outlined in site post orders and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Patrolling, observing and reporting. Officers may be required to complete incident reports and daily shift activity reports, either hand-written or through the use of an electronic device
• Officer may be required to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time. Officer should be able to climb stairs and navigate uneven surfaces

Qualified applicants should meet the following prerequisites for employment:

• Be available to work 35 to 40 hours per week as a full-time employee
• Be available to work 12 to 25 hours per week as a part-time employee
• Be willing to work throughout the Indianapolis metropolitan area, Indianapolis area, West side, Northwest side and other outlying areas. We will try to schedule you close to home if open shifts are available.
• Have never been convicted of a felony crime
• No misdemeanor convictions in the past three years
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have dependable transportation
• Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
• Be able to speak, read and write English with good grammar, punctuation, etc.
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be willing to submit to random drug testing and background check
• Previous military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred
• Other client specific prerequisites may be required

The pay rate for this position is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on education, experience and client needs.
