Security Services Operator/Dispatcher Job at Dillard's, Inc.
Dillards.com is looking for an Central Station Alarm Operator of our Security Services Department located in our corporate headquarters. This individual must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and have an eye for details. Candidate must have flexible work hours as the department is a 24/7 operation. The ideal candidate should be organized, have good phone etiquette, and have computer skills. Security Services alarm operators monitor the fire and security alarms, provide technical phone support, dispatch and track service calls, update databases for the stores and make programming changes to the store’s panels.
REQUIRED SKILLS - Able to work in small groups and individually with minimum supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
DESIRED SKILLS - Prior experience with call center or dispatching
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
