Responsibilities:

· Support CFO in any and all projects as needed

· Drive the month-end close process

· Prepare (Manual) account reconciliations and journal entries and identify areas for improvement to change and improve over the years

· Support AP and AR teams as needed

· Record payments received from customers and manage payments to vendors

· Process bank reconciliations to monitor cash flow

· Create and build reports as needed using current system (and future ERP)

· Embrace and drive change as it comes and learn current processes and execute them in the meantime

· Bring creative ideas, solutions and improvements to the table to create a more streamlined financial process

· Support special projects and ad hoc research and analysis, as needed

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2-4 years of accounting experience

· Strong Microsoft Office skills a plus (Excel)

· Strong communicator, proactive and experience working in remote environments strongly preferred

· Possess strong analytical skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

· Willing and able to work in the office

· Bring a team player mindset to the office
