Position Details

Reporting to the Director of Talent Analytics, the Senior Analyst, Talent Analytics will execute research, ranging from simple to complex, to help Human Resources and the business make better decisions about our workforce.

You Will

• Lead research projects with responsibility for the full lifecycle of project from scoping to analysis and delivery
• Apply consultative and project management skills to perform statistical analysis, test hypotheses, and measure the effectiveness of investments and programs
• Translate data into relevant, business aligned recommendations, and present clear results to HR and business leaders
• Define new metrics
• Help improve stronger data literacy across HR
• Perform research on external labor market trends to inform analyses

You Have

• 1 plus years of experience in related field.
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling using a statistical tool (R, Python, SPSS)
• Experience with Power BI preferred
• Experience working with HR data and partners preferred
• I/O psychology or behavioral economics preferred, or a combination of a technical / quantitative field (economics, statistics, mathematics) with HR experience
