Bolton & Menk is in search of an experienced Civil Senior Project Manager to join our Duluth Municipal Group. What You Will Do:

As a Senior Project Manager you own planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management.In this role you will develop relations with client, work with our proposal team on business development and ecruit and develop team members. This role includes accountability for being a successful practice leader and corresponding with other market sector leaders to get the resources needed to execute the corporate vision. This role may also manage and mentor technical and professional staff.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Dakota and/or Minnesota
• 12+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure.
• Experience with client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication
• Previous supervisory experience
