Position Title: Civil Clerk II

Salary: Salary based on years of experience

Description of Position:

This position supports law enforcement functions of the agency. The majority of duties involves the daily operational processing of receipt, recording, and processing of civil and criminal judicial documents served by and enforced in the County. May serve as a clerical specialist in maintaining computerized databases for the Civil Division which includes updating and purging records, preparing/formatting reports, and trouble-shooting system problems.

Qualifications:

*Be at least 18 years of age *Be a citizen of the United States *Have a Valid Driver's License *Not have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving perjury or false statement *Never received a dishonorable discharge from any of the Armed Forces of the United States *Be of good moral character *Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
