We’re looking for a passionate Sr. Director of Performance Marketing to lead growth channels, driving both new customers and repeat transactions. You’ll be responsible for scaling our audience, users, customers and cross-category engagement through all interactions across paid media, search, SEO and customer lifecycle marketing. You’ll uncover new opportunities and optimize existing, using data to effectively connect the dots across our user journeys.
WHAT WE EMPOWER YOU WITH:
  • As a senior leader, You will develop the vision, roadmap, and KPI/measurement plans to drive short-term revenue gains and long-term strategic vision
  • Build, mentor and motivate a collaborative, high-performing internal team and agency partners with a strong sense of ownership and a customer-centric point of view.
  • Partner closely with sales, product and business intelligence partners to deliver awesome experiences for small-medium businesses and accelerate the growth
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams inside and outside Marketing to identify and seize opportunities for us to deploy new channels, reach new customers, and maintain a competitive edge
  • Own vision for tools and processes to execute and attribute channel and ad effectiveness.
  • Develop messaging and GTM Plans for delivering the outcomes for the core vertical and emerging channels. Strong consumer insights to translate to high impact marketing vehicles.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly traffic and acquisition forecasts and budgets, with responsibility of delivering throughout the fiscal year
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of paid strategies
  • Organize results, findings and implications into presentations for search team, marketing leaders and executive management
  • Stay on the cutting edge of new social and mobile spaces and competitive research
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure pages are optimized for SEO and site performance

  • You are an Epic storyteller who can create a vision, build excitement, and bring people along in the journey
  • You have hands-on experience in scaling and building high performance teams, ideally in a high growth fintech startup.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of the business, customer, and channels, as well as savvy strategic and tactical marketing skills to drive growth.
  • Strong project management skills and attention-to-detail and can zoom in and out from big picture strategy to nuanced creative execution.
  • Outstanding strategy and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to provide fresh and creative solutions.
  • A clear record of Proven track record driving SEO and content marketing with proven business results
  • Experience working on complex brands with multiple audiences.
  • Able to bring data and insights to life in compelling ways that travel through the organization.
  • You are skilled at analyzing diverse sets of data to develop insights and support business cases in Tealium, Tableau and Google products.
  • Entrepreneurial “test & learn” mindset with a track record of innovation; ability to move & pivot quickly
  • Strong track record of bringing to life complex innovation initiatives from concept through deployment
