We are looking for a Senior Facilities Analyst (Level 4) to join our Global Real Estate Team in Mesa Arizona, Berkeley MO, Hazelwood, MO; Plano TX, El Segundo, Seal Beach CA; Everett, Auburn, Seattle, Tukwila, Pullaylup and Renton, WA.

In this role, you will be in the Process & Analytics team with focus on the real property portfolio governance and data systems management. Our team is highly integrated with work statements that evolve to support our internal Global Business Partners.

The successful candidate needs to be able to work with minimal oversight, yet connect as a team member through open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing in a virtual environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads efforts to review, create, improve, and document system processes and procedures which may include integration with multiple disciplines or organizations

• Delivers process & systems training, curriculum development, and creation of training materials.

• Leads and coordinates multi-functional teams to complete projects and validate processes.

• Provides experienced technical support and assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems, or processes.

• Ensures that configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents.

• Defines methodology for data collection from various systems to perform analysis with the understanding of reporting tools such as Tableau, Access, Power BI, Power Query

• Communicates with internal and external suppliers to coordinate scheduled activities.

• Exercises considerable latitude when processing complex customer requests in a specific area of expertise.

• Uses resourcefulness and innovation to identifies and create solutions to complex problems.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate. This position requires 5% travel to one of the listed locations.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)

• 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

• 5+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

• 3+ years of experience with principles of facility management or real property planning or corporate real estate

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD or a similar software

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, and SharePoint

• 3+ years of experience with IBM TRIRIGA

• 5+ years of experience in facilities planning

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range: $91,000 – $142,600
