Position Summary:
A successful Senior Financial Analyst will:

• Become an integral Finance and Accounting team member and a sought-after resource by the Operations leadership team.
• Proactively challenge conventional wisdom and current processes to find improvements.
• Bring value to the budgeting and forecasting process by finding top and bottom-line opportunities.
• Collaborate with her/his peers to reach win/win outcomes.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

• Responsible for reporting for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Research and prepare variance analysis, including rate/volume analysis and “why” explanations.
• Partner with operations to develop financial valuation tools for the operational levers of the business.
• Improve existing cash flow forecasting.
• Responsible for the company and divisional budgeting and forecasting, including establishing interim month P&L forecasting.
• Responsible for performing established and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas.
• Routine communication relating to financial close, issues, and deliverables.
• Responsible for improving process efficiency and performance to create time to partner with the business.
• Cross-train as a backup for other staff in the case of emergencies and PTO.
• Build business cases as needed.
• Maintain asset tracking and depreciation schedule.
• Follow all employee guidelines, policies, rules, and management direction.
• All other finance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• *Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

Experience Required:

• 3 - 6 Years of Financial Analysis
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Knowledge of Acumatica and Prophix pluses
• High proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, regression, building budgets and forecasts, efficient reporting packages)
• High technical aptitude and the proven ability to successfully communicate, discuss, and present technical subjects.

• $75K-$95K/annually + target annual bonus of 15%

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
