Job Description


This newly created role is a key position supporting the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Director of Sales Operations, VP of Corporate accounts, Regional Vice Presidents, and executive team with a wide range of sales and pricing reports and analytics and will provide insights and recommendations on territory design, pricing, and various sales initiatives. You will also play a role in investigating and implementing automation of certain Treace Medical processes and reports.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders
  • Preparation and distribution of complex monthly sales reports including individualized territory reports on quota performance, surgeon activity, facility pricing and Medical Education activity as well as key monthly statistics used by executive leadership and for BOD/investor communications
  • Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
  • Preparation of daily sales report including month-to-date territory performance, projected sales, and individualized territory order status
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Maintenance of territory maps, customer alignments, territory lookup file, and interactive Google map of territories and customers
  • Point person for administering ISA contracts, including ensuring contractual territories and quotas are current and accurate
  • Maintenance of customer hospital network and GPO affiliations and contracted pricing
  • Maintenance of Medical Education database
  • Working with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies
  • and procedures.
  • Perform a wide variety of ad hoc analyses and projects on pricing, territory performance, customer behavior and trends, and Medical Education activity, among other needs

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, MBA preferred
  • Five years (5) experience as a financial analyst or related role required
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel & Access
