- Schedulind team mebers and monitor Servers' behaviours to elevate and maximize customer service.
- Collaborate with back of house to ensure integrity of commuinication between Kitchen and front of the house.
- Maintain a professional work environment among all dining team mmebrs.
- Be the eyes and the ears of Chef, communicate all customer service issues and or team member issues immidiatley .
- Be a preoblem solver.
- High school diploma or GED
- Food Handler’s Permit as required
- Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays
