Position Summary:
As part of the Dignity Health network, Mercy San Juan Medical Center is dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to Carmichael and nearby communities.
We are seeking a dynamic Nursing Director to guide our well rounded management team and provide expert clinical guidance and coordinate patient care quality initiatives.
Mercy San Juan Medical Center is a 370-bed Level 2 Trauma medical facility. Our Surgical Services includes 10 main operating rooms and 1 cardiac operating room, with a volume of approximately 650 cases monthly. We offer a broad range of surgical services to include the following...

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA).
- Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience and three (3) years of nurse leadership experience.
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice.
- Current AHA BLS
