We were named one of Inc. 500’s fastest growing private companies in 2022 and are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to effectively own and manage relationships with enterprise merchant facing partners.
Required Experience:

- Minimum 4 years in Relationship Management at a Financial or Payments firm
- Proven track record maintaining and deepening existing relationships with B2C enterprise partners
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate has a strong background and experience in merchant facing partner industry with deep understanding of the payment processing and/or lending space
- Proven success in acquiring new Partners and growing existing partnerships
- 4+ years of experience in handling complex partners, and demonstrated success building relationships (FinTech experience is a huge plus)
- Ability to cross sell existing partners new financial products
- Strong technology competencies; ability to learn new systems, explain them to partners, recommend system improvements
- Extensive industry connections either in the payments or payments processing space, or with merchant facing technology firms
- Experience managing a sales pipeline (experience with Zoho CRM is a huge plus)
- You are hungry for success and you strive to build up a rapidly growing company with a strong team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business related field
Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for partners to answer any questions on Fundomate products and services and provide advice and guidance.
- Present Fundomate’s embedded finance technology to strategic merchant facing partners (payment processors, Payfacs, PaaS, merchant softwares, merchant technology providers)
- Clearly communicate the value add of Fundomate’s proprietary technology
- Strategize with leadership on prioritizations and reflections from Partner feedback
- Serve as a subject matter expert to develop training materials for staff
- Support complex contract negotiations as needed
- Streamline communication between Partner development needs and Fundomate’s Technology team
- Maintain & monitor sales KPIs for the Partner Dev team, actively leading, influencing, and shaping our fast-growing team
- Leading Partner Relationship Strategy and executing Fundomate’s Partnership Roadmap
