The Crews Nest Boat Club and Resort is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of Clubhouse Server for our 2023 Summer Season. The Crews Nest Boat Club and Resort is located on Put-in-Bay Island, Ohio. This is a seasonal position and requires relocating to the island. Housing is provided at an affordable rate. Season lasts from May through September. Serving at The Crews Nest is an incredibly important role as they ensure our members have an incredible experience and act as a face of our company. Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Must be willing to relocate or reliably commute to Put-in-Bay Island (Housing provided)
• Must be hardworking and reliable
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs of weight
• Must be able to stand or be on feet for several hours at a time
• Previous Food and Beverage Experience is a plus
• Previous Sales Experience is a plus
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be team oriented

Duties Include But Not Limited To:

• Greet customers at their table and take any food and beverage orders
• Make sure guests are having an incredible experience
• Deliver drink and food orders
• Ensure table section is properly cleaned
• Rolling Silverware
• Assisting other staff members
