Service Advisor Job at Lexus of Orlando

This position is essential for our two lane Service Drive which is a very fast paced environment averaging 120 to 160 appointments daily.
Job Duties include:
- Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner.
- Perform a vehicle walk around and thoroughly document customers concerns in a manner to allow for proper diagnose and service to the vehicle by our certified technicians
- Keep the customer informed of required service, costs and completion times
- Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize work tasks and respond to customer needs in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience as an automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant
- UCS Power / Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Personal and professional integrity
- Above average energy level
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
