Agility Technologies is seeking to hire an MSP Service Associate that has previous experience working in an office environment answering telephones, performing clerical duties, is computer savvy, is a fast learner, and can work on his/her own to complete tasks/functions necessary to complete their assigned duties/tasks on-time.

Job Description: Answer incoming calls for Dispatch Desk (creating tickets and routing to the appropriate Service Desk Team), Customer Service Inquiries and Creating Service Tickets to modify existing services, Answer customer billing inquiries and post customer payments, reporting on accounts receivables, marketing and social media and other tasks needed to assist in the business day-to-day functions.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday position in our office in Springfield, Illinois
