Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of Residential Experience.
• Self-Starter: Reliable, on time, and willing to work independently or with others.
• Responsible: Ability to uphold the reputation and values of Blue Slate Group

Applicant Shall Possess the Following:

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Pass background check (ongoing)
• Working knowledge of NEC
• Self-motivated, good communication skills, and hard-working attitude
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs
• Ability to work in tight spaces (Attics, crawl spaces, etc.) and elevated locations using lifts, ladders, etc.

Description of Work:

The large majority of our work is residential: new work, old work, and service calls. People skills and customer service a must. Possible jobs include troubleshooting electrical issues, service upgrades, home standby generator installations, rough-in, and new electrical installations.

Typical Week:

• 40 hours
• Monday- Friday
• Overtime
• Possible On- Call
